The project planned to provide facilities for mental health care delivery, including the refurbishment of two existing modular buildings to house 44no beds for in-patients.
The bedrooms were to be equipped with all of the latest technology in Oxyhealth monitoring and anti-ligature design for patient safety. These facilities were also surrounded by secure fencing, enclosing calming woodland gardens.
