Estimating & Cost Planning
Cost plans are developed in line with the RIBA Stages, LH&E are well versed in reading between the lines and accounting for parts of the design that are not fully developed. We produce estimates and cost plans by combining our years of industry specific experience with specialist subcontractor quotations we obtain.
With a number of NHS Trusts as our clients, we have experience in estimates feeding into business cases and providing Outline Business Case Forms. In addition to feasibility estimates, cost estimates and cost plans, we also provide Elemental Life Cycle Cost Plans.
We have in-house specialist Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Quantity Surveyors with extensive experience. We feel this is key to our offering with MEP elements of a project frequently making up around 40% of the construction cost.
