This attitude is what sets us apart, as we take pride in our ability to look at the bigger picture and understand that all aspects of your project come together to work as one.


This is emphasised by our ‘look forward approach’ which ensures that the costs we forecast are closely controlled to stay within budget. If necessary, we can also conduct value engineering workshops with both you and any external design teams to collaborate and find optimum solutions.


We are known in the industry as hard working, reliable, personable and having excellent technical knowledge. We will go the extra mile to provide the commercial support our clients need to ensure projects are successful.


We’re also dedicated to helping others through their professional development, providing APC training, sitting on APC Assessment Panels and working under the RICS as University Accreditation Reviewers. We are a practice regulated by RICS and hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001.

Jennifer Marshall MRICS


Managing Director

After working for large consultancies for around 10 years, Jennifer used the specialist knowledge and experience she had gained to found LH&E in May 2020. Specialising in the Healthcare, Education and Leisure industries, Jennifer is an RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor as well as a Project Manager and Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent. In 2018, Jennifer was shortlisted for the RICS Young Quantity Surveyor of the Year Award.

Project Administrator

With a wealth of experience working in the construction industry, Charlotte brings a wide range

of skills and knowledge to her role as

Project Administrator.


Her exceptional organisational and communication skills, and ability to multitask enable her to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities whilst always prioritising the needs of our team, allowing them to focus on our clients and project needs. 

Daryl Pike


Project Manager

Having transitioned from architecture to project management, Daryl oversees LH&E CC’s construction projects from inception to completion. With over a decade of experience in architecture, he has led multi-disciplinary teams, with a turnkey approach across various sectors. His expertise lies in approaching projects holistically, uncovering hidden complexities and solving them creatively.

Sean Cooper


Quantity Surveyor

Sean manages the financial aspects of LH&E CC’s construction projects, providing professional advice to clients and ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and to the required quality. Transitioning from main contractor to a client-side position, Sean has a unique perspective on project delivery. His understanding of supply chain management, procurement, and contractor coordination enables him to effectively manage costs, monitor project variations, and resolve contractor disputes as they arise.

With around 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Josh is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail. He takes pride in minimising project costs and enhancing value for money, all whilst delivering incredibly high standards every time. Assistant Project Manager

With extensive experience within the construction industry, Braden has worked across the education, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. He has a keen eye for detail and expertise in both design and construction management. Braden has successfully led design teams, overseeing key deliverables, while fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
